It is based on the Penryn core but offers only 2 MB level 2 cache and a slow clock rate of 2.1 GHz. Compared to the Core 2 Duo T6500, the T6570 offers Virtualization VT-x and is therefore aimed at business notebooks.
The performance should be suited for non demanding applications like office, internet, entry level video editing or image correction. CPU intense games may be limited by the power of the T6570.
Intel Core 2 Duo T8300

It is based on the Penryn core with all features enabled (but without the full 6MB level 2 cache). The later announced Core 2 Duo P7450 was cheaper and used less power.
Intel Core 2 Duo SL9380

It offers a good performance for the 1.8 GHz clock rate, as it features the full 6 MB level 2 cache of the used Penryn core. Compared to the SL9400, the SL9380 offers only an FSB with 800 MHz clock rate (instead of 1066) and exactly 1.8 GHz (SL9400 1.86).
