Compared to the similar Turion N530, the P560 is specified at a lower TDP of 25 versus 35 Watt.
Compared to Intel Core 2 Duo processors at that clock range, the Turion II offers less cache and is therefore slower. Furthermore, comparing two CPUs with the same amount of cache, the Intel CPUs are still a bit faster (by 100 MHz on the average).
With 32 Watt TDP, the CPU is intended for mid sized laptops with a display size of 13-inches and larger.
